The place was hoppin' on a Saturday morning. Staff presented themselves calm and in control. Within seconds, menus were in hand and drink requests made by a smiling, very courteous, enthusiastic server/waitress. They roast their beans every morning and all ingredients on the menu were organic. The Norwegian Eggs Benedict worked beautifully and was absolutely fabulous. Potatoes were roasted to perfection with crispy skins and the exact amount of seasoning. The breakfast burrito had nice size chunks of fresh ingredients, the bacon cooked just right, delicious salsa, and coffee remained filled. Bathrooms were clean. Outstanding job, Black and White Cafe!
