“Our server's name is Victoria. It was more than our pleasure to have her take such good care of our table. She remembers everything that I needed to make my meal enjoyable with things that wasn't quite on the menu, in terms of condiments, as my tastes can be quite eclectic. Before I complete my drink, I always order the next one so the flow doesn't get interrupted. I looked around for her before it would've been time, and noticed that she not ONLY was seeing to us, but she also was prepping and helping the Lead Cook with HIS meals. I was surprised at her efficiency, and how she is a team player to help the restaurant function as well as it does. I asked her age, and at 21, I am taken aback at how professional she handles her responsibilities, and THEN some. She's a great asset to the company, and I know for a FACT that wherever she goes in life, she's going to excel in what she puts her heart into. KUDOS to Victoria. Keep up the excellent work.“
