The food was actually good and flavorful… got a gyro cheeseburger. But it’s overpriced for both Chicago and Arizona expectations, and the wait was long. My wife got the wings and paid almost $30 just to get party wings and not whole wings, which is what she was initially told she would get. I’d go again as a last resort.
I’ve been to Duke’s a handful of times, even before this restaurant opened and the food truck was running. The food and quality never disappoints 10/10 but since i’ve been coming to the restaurant the white lady taking orders is very unwelcoming, rude and needs to work on her customer service skills. You can tell she picks and chooses who she wants to interact with, talks over you and doesn’t smile much. Definitely makes the experience less enjoyable…
Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had overall! The food was hot and fresh! The customer service was excellent every face welcomed us with a smile. An experience I’ll never forget and I hope to have again soon! And the catfish nuggets, the fried chicken the attention to detail and flavor and the softness yet crispness worth every bite and was still fresh by time I made it home
