I took my kids for donuts as a breakfast treat recently and was surprised at the lack of donut selection. They have transitioned to more about coffee and breakfast sandwiches with some donuts. If you want donuts hit one of the places that still really specializes in donuts.

My wife and I came in early in the morning Hannah was there and was so amazing she had a great attitude and it looked like she was alone. This is Thanksgiving morning and this wonderful young lady was so amazing. I hope this company realizes what an awesome person they have with Hannah in their store and alone on a holiday with an amazing attitude

This morning I purchased egg bites. My compliments to the baker, these were probably the worst egg bites ever. Also, the staff in the drive through and at the counter were obnoxious. Terrible vibes at this location. I will be going back to the DD off the 101 where they treat people with respect and make them feel valued.

Would be nice if the men from the nail salon next door wouldn't be blowing cigarette smoke at us in the drive thru.

I ordered a Sourdough breakfast sandwich when I got it it was cold the bread was old and not grilled or buttered or anything like the picture so I brought it back the manager takes a sandwich goes back to the Cook she says " he wants another one it doesn't look like the picture he said"............. I just left the sandwich and went next door to Wendy's should be a yummy biscuits and gravy for half the price

If i could give no stars i would !!!!! I have to admit I get coffee way to much but this customer service here is so horrible .....I do a online order every time to try and help out with my order so it don't get messed out and so I no it can be a bit faster and easier on them (old employer not this store ) but be fore the remodeling and now after my order is not even right missing donuts coffee taste old n bitter .....and today at the driver thur not even that busy I had 1 car before me and they said (have you been helped what do you want ) not even a good morning welcome to dunkin how can I help you ....every single employe at this location needs better training! Sorry for the rant but yall need to do better
