I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I stood at the counter for about five minutes without being acknowledged. I eventually had to step outside because there were no employees attending the front counter. When a man who said his name was Brandon came to the counter, he acted irritated and dismissive. When I politely mentioned the wait, he gave no apology, no explanation, and no courtesy — just stared at me until I ordered.

This morning I purchased egg bites. My compliments to the baker, these were probably the worst egg bites ever. Also, the staff in the drive through and at the counter were obnoxious. Terrible vibes at this location. I will be going back to the DD off the 101 where they treat people with respect and make them feel valued.
