Dunkin' is a great place with a friendly staff. Despite occasional rude customers, the employees remain professional and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They have been known to make exceptions, such as preparing special orders even when closing early. The staff is super nice, friendly, and patient, making for a pleasant experience. Some employees, like the taller brunette, are particularly delightful and deserve recognition for their excellent customer service. Overall, Dunkin' has amazing service and a great team.
