I am sickened after hearing about this news story. How would you feel after seeing the news story in how your employees treat an 80 + year old Dementia man who just wants to see his friends. What all the people you employ have no respect for the older generation? The manager should be fired. The people in that store should be fired. Quite frankly your franchise contract should be revoke. Dunkin' is a great place with a friendly staff. Despite occasional rude customers, the employees remain professional and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They have been known to make exceptions, such as preparing special orders even when closing early. The staff is super nice, friendly, and patient, making for a pleasant experience. Some employees, like the taller brunette, are particularly delightful and deserve recognition for their excellent customer service. Overall, Dunkin' has amazing service and a great team.
