I've had a bad experience with this location for birthday coffees, but the 1-800 number and customer service department took care of that. Since that , any time we've gone back to this location it's been great, The wait time wasn't too long, and the coffee was good. My teenagers have been to this location several times and seem to like it.
These guys are the best. I even forget the things that I like in it and they always remember for me. Just picking up my coffee right now. Again these guys are great wouldn't pick up my coffee anywhere else. Came in today to get my birthday coffee. They dressed it up so nice they didn't just give me my coffee they put another cup underneath it with coloring and birthday colors. As well as two lollipops sticking out the top. Really sweet and really kind. You have to love...
I have been a loyal customer to Dutch Bros for years and when I started to go to this location, every time I visited they would get something on my order wrong. They would make the wrong rebels and forget to add things to certain drinks. I am very clear when I order so there is no reason for a mixup so simple.
