Sydney was such a great help it was my first time she helped me with showing what I can put in my bagel what I can swap out for over all she made me feel like I could take my time on what I wanted and did not make me feel rushed. over all I will be coming back great customer service

This used to be owned by a franchisee who mismanaged the store. It is now managed by Einstein’s staff and they are doing a great job. The store has been remodeled, including the bathroom. The selection of bagels, except I miss Power Bagels, and quality of coffee are now what we would expect from Einstein’s.

This location is so much better after the reopening. I’m not sure if it’s new owners or new management-or both-but I notice a difference! Bagels are not always “out,” the staff is way more friendly and seem to be much more customer focused. Just today, the manager made sure I left happy (the register wasn’t doing something it was supposed to, but she didn’t let that be an issue). Nice recovery! I hope you do well!
