*update they reached iut and made it right after i came to them. Food is great....when you get it...had a huge order placed. They forgot our drinks when they delivered the food. Called to ask them to re deliver drinks. Said no. Said they would credit us for next time we came. Why would we want to do business a second time if they didn't do what they were supposed to rhe 1st time.

We love this place but it's outrageously expensive. Cost for dinner for 2? $65. Food-under $25, Gas-beteen $35 - $45 depending on what you drive and where you live. Why? There is no El Pollo Loco in Yavapai County or anywhere outside Phoenix so, we drive all the way to PHX from Prescott. It's that good. Please put one in Prescott or Prescott Valley. We dine in they add Togo orders for following days.

I just went through the drive-thru at the 59th/Bell location. I had the tastiest chicken ever! It was very juicy and perfectly prepared. I thought it was so good that I tried to call and tell the manager how good it was. Unfortunately the call could not be completed for some reason. Highly recommend this location!
