Had a wonderful experience! The place was friendly and clean with a really nice ambiance. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The grilled chicken was absolutely delicious – highly recommended!

Food is very consistent from one location to another. We don't visit this location often but food was great and price is very good as well, just like other locations. Only negative is they just did a remodel here and you'd think they'd solve the odor issue. It smelled a bit off when we walked in but not enough to turn us away. We sat at once table and it was so cold we moved to different table. Otherwise; all was great, as we have come to expect from El Pollo Loco.

This location recently opened. It is a legacy business and I have not eaten at one in a few years. My chicken was a little dry and the cuts were pretty small. Flavor was decent and the manager was friendly. Decor is in-progress. I'd go back, but the grilled chicken at Ranch Market is better.
