Food was overcooked. They barley put mash potatoes in the bowl..we were eating & had 3 fruit flies in our food. The area was just dirty surrounding tables, and window seals had were filthy & had dead bugs..I was just disgusted..we complained and they literally laughed at my husband because he did complained, he told the workers they should not be disrespectful..we brought the case to the manager, and he did not help much..a younger male worker literally told us to sit somewhere else. Workers need to more trained. And they definitely need to do more cleaning..I mean come on if you want to stay open a big part of your job is to keep your restaurant clean.. I'm not one to complain much but I just tried to have a wonderful night with my family, it turned out not good..all they tried was giving us one piece chicken which I threw away. I'd say save your money and try another location. They definitely did not help us with anything, but I'm taking matters into my own hands to get a hold of the main manager or boss because a lot of change needs to be done.

Order food online and never get what I order. I specifically ask if the salsa or items are in the bag. Well it's sealed and they push the bag at you. I will be checking everything from now on. We pay for things we don't get and that's not fair.

Terrible food (overcooked). We ate there, but they had no plates, so had to use to go contrainer lids. Place was very ghetto. Dirty, tables with broken off laminate edges. Overall, I would highly recommend that you just keep on driving and eat somewhere else.

Food was horrible. Chicken was dried out. Wasn't given any utensils, so had to eat rice and beans with hands. The cashier was not very nice at all. They need to be trained in customer service. The sodas had no co2. Steer clear of this place.

I give this store 4 because i have to comeback to for my churros. The order was online for pick up. I went to the counter to inform bout my pick up but its not ready even though its only 1 customer inside the store. when it is ready they forgot to put my chips and salsa which i order it separate. So i taught everything was complete and when to my car. Upon looking for my bag to eat churros that i order its not in the bag. so i went inside and ask for my churros because i paid for it. the guy in the counter seems surprise ? at this point i don’t wanna be upset so i show him my receipt, clearly show 2 churros in the order! Please if your ordering online or to go check your bag cause somehow they always forget something? Another 5 minutes i have to wait because they have to cook the churros.

The new wraps are pretty good.and I rarely go to poyo loco. I think the rice and beans were a disappoinment so I never went back . But the menu looks good . I guess I'll be going back.

I paid 13. Something dollars for a taco salad with chicken. My chicken was so dried up and hard, when I went back in to tell the manager, a man Hispanic, wish I got his name, but he was slinder with dark black or brown hair about 5'9, anyway, omg he gave me the hardest time, I said hey hunny it's not about the $$$ but if yall just need to learn how to properly cook a piece of chicken, boneless skinless with juice still in it soft and moist, I can show yall! He gave me my money back and I have just lost all faith. They don't care about service, or the companies products, it's a waste of food and time for the consumer! Period! Now you eat that.....Like I said! A hot mess!

The place was completely filthy, you can tell it hadn't been wiped down properly. The two gentlemen working were the only ones paying any mind to the customers while the two women were gossiping so loudly in the back you could hear it across the dining area. Which I wouldn't usually mind but they would ignore customers just to stand there bad mouthing other staff.
