They claim that the food delivery company does not represent them when delivering their food. My order was wrong and was told there was nothing they could do about it once it left the store and I was told to check with Door Dash for a refund that was not collected by Door Dash and Door Dash had no record of. I ordered and paid through El Pollo Loco.com. Completely poor representation by employees of El Pollo Loco. Now I can choose to go elsewhere because I do have a choice!
I tried two Baja Shrimp tacos today...gotta say was NOT impressed. I opened up a little piece of aluminum foil and found a cold mashed-up flour tortilla with a little bit of cabbage and 3/4 shrimp! My opinion...NOT worth the
almost $4.00 I paid for each one!
My Grande Avocado bowl was seriously short on the avocado part 😳. Not even a teaspoon worth.
