Fazolis has a soft spot in my heart. When I babysat my nephew we would eat baked spaghetti a couple times a week. He is an adult now and was so excited when A Fazolis came back to the valley. We love Fazolis.
Today we decided to dine in. We waited for over 30 minutes for a kids meal and 2 slices of pizza. The young man in the black T-shirt with black mustache (Carlos) is kind and polite but it doesn't seem like he knows what he's doing. Long waits for dine in and drive thru. The employees appear to be under-staffed or need more training. The door dash orders seem to be ready faster than dine in.

I'm so glad Fazoli's is back and I am very impressed with the manager that not only helped me carry my large order to the car, but also double checked to make sure nothing was missing before I left...nice to see good customer assistance and care!
