First time customers to First Watch. I had the Traditional breakfast, 2 eggs over easy, bacon, potatoes and toast. It was busy, and the cook was slow; the eggs came well over medium, and the potatoes were dry like are desert. Bacon and toast were good. We had 2 coffee drinkers, the server left a coffee urn on the table, but it bearly had 2 cups of coffee in it. Our Service was fair, it took awhile to get a second pot of coffee and that pot barely had 2 cups of coffee in it. Will...

Breakfast was really great. Two minor things the potatoes should be cooked a bit more evenly. I had several that were still crunchy and undercooked. They’ve also changed the coffee recently. The taste is pretty harsh and not the excellent cup were are used to having.
