Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We just went into the drive through to place a $50 order. When we got to the window, we watched what looked to be like a blonde female team lead or manager reach into the frozen fry & onion bag with her bare hands after handling money & in the close vicinity of 1 open & 2 ceranwrapped tubs of raw meat. I just did not feel comfortable risking it

Their food is delicious! I can't get enough of Freddy's. A must try if you haven't tried it yet. You are missing out.

These burgers are very tasty!! They're double patty but the patties are smashed thin so not bulky. Their have shoestring fries!!! Which are my favorite! My son loves their "Fry Sauce"

Disappointed with the patty melt, onions were old, ground beef patty was tasteless and too oily

Ordered through the drive thru, order was hot, correct, and the cashier was friendly. Their new Prime Rib burger is freaking delicious!

Always good at Freddy's! Got a double bacon burger. They grill the onions, on your request. The sandwich actually had bacon on it, contrary to some chains (like McDonald's)

Went to pick up dinner for my wife and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, with no cheese and said she had an intolerance of cheese / food issues as well as ordering lettuce and tomatoes. When I received the food it was the breaded chicken and it had cheese on it! The manager took the order to remake it. When we got home and my wife opened it. The sandwich was thrown together, barely any lettuce ordered it with Freddie's sauce.. No sauce was on it and it also had cheese with what looked like someone actually took a bite out of it. We have been to this Freddie's 4 times. The first time was when it first opened up at this location. The only thing that was correct on that order was the tea that I actually got myself from the machine everything else was wrong and cold. We decided to try it again the food was cold fries were cold.. Some of the order was wrong. The next visit was definitely better but part of the order was also wrong. Then this last order.. Again wrong. They are consistent with getting the orders wrong even if repeating it multiple times. So if you want food that you can plan on it being wrong and cold this is the place. Seriously disappointed especially when I was trying to get food my wife wanted to eat but they couldn't get her order correct.. On any of the visits..

Dietary restrictions: Even if you tell them about the restrictions it doesn't matter.. I explained no cheese.. My wife couldn't eat it.. And they still put it on the sandwich even when it was remade.

This place.
Is a joke running by bunch of little kids? All I went in for was some ice cream. They made it never called my name and then when I asked about it, they said they did and I was standing 2 feet from the counter. Never heard them she took it out of a so-called freezer. It was half melted. I just left went home. Put it in my freezer. Won't be going back to this place.
