Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This place was overated I paid 70 dollars for 3 meals with ice cream and the burgers looked like McDonald's kids meal burgers meat was paper thin and not even a handful of tater tots food was cold and flavorless I'm highly upset I do not recommend this place I'm sorry

Went to Freddy’s in Phoenix and left hungry and annoyed. For the price, the quantity of food is just sad. My “steakburger” looked tiny on the bun, and the fry carton was barely half full.

The frozen custard was the worst part — grainy, icy, and tasted like it had been sitting in the machine too long. Had to throw most of it away.

To top it off, the ketchup dispenser by the drink station was straight-up nasty. It was sputtering and had dried, crusted ketchup all over the nozzle. Nobody was cleaning it.

Service was slow even with no line, and nobody seemed to care. Used to like Freddy’s, but with small portions, bad custard, and gross condiments, I’m skipping it next time.

Bring a sweater to eat here. The chairs brought back alot of old memories. Workers are lovely people.

The girl running the front with black hair needs to be spoken to about professionalism in the workplace. It was inappropriate for her to ask my boyfriend whether he had a girlfriend and then become visibly upset by his answer. Employees are there to work and maintain professional boundaries, not to pursue personal relationships with customers or coworkers. Situations like this can make people uncomfortable and create an unprofessional environment. I believe this should be addressed to ensure respectful and appropriate behavior at work.

A homeless person entered and was short 3 dollars the manager on duty covered the difference. Friday at 1030 am. Thats a human kindness and passion right there. Cool guy.

thin shoe string fries were bland. my chicken sandwich was basic, i had to add pickles from my frig. the burger, totally Not like photo on menu (flat patty, flat soda). long wait time and expensive. that was my 1st & last time w/fred.

Ordered 2 lrg chili cheese fries and only got chili on them. The last time I tried to get them from here I only got cheese. Its Super frustrating

Just got a five piece chicken tender and only 1 piece was edible. Pieces were missing breading, one was so over cooked it was rock hard and one had a bone sticking out of it. Gross 🤢 too bad I can’t post a pic of it here.

Today is National Cheeseburger Day! I was struggling with the app so, decided to order in person. Deanna and her manager were so helpful in taking my orders, and everything was provided expeditiously. Even the guys in the back were friendly.

The store was clean and the counters were stocked with condiments and utensils.
