On a recent visit to Arrowhead mall I decided to do something different for lunch and try Great Steak. Pretty unremarkable, I don't think I'll be returning to them. Had the buffalo chicken sub, the meat was dry and rather tasteless and the buffalo sauce that they use is so watered down it has barely any bite to it. There are literally a dozen other places with better food all right there in the same food court.
Walking into arrowhead mall ready to eat pandaslop.... I walked by Great steak and saw a man stabbing a beautiful bunn with meat and vibrant vegetables. I knew it was time to try something new. I ordered the premium sandwich based on the picture on the menu. I was not disappointed. The chef made my sandwich immediately fresh as oxygen from a a tree. I rushed home to devour this delicacy. So salty... creamy. Crisp vegetables. Savory tender meat..... why the heck would anyone want...

I had the Great Steak sandwich.
Good flavor but the bread was kinda chewy.
Fast service for only 1 cook.
