I took my mom here for her 72nd birthday because I knew an event promoter who was hosting at this place. It was my first time being there? Even though i've passed it and seen there for years, because I am born and raised here in arizona.I never thought once to go check out.That little spot over there in the corner.Don't let the outside fool you.The inside is nice! Hail Mary's Sports Bar is a super chill, laid back spot to unwind. Don't let the outside fool you—the inside is nice, a typical darker dive bar but affordable with fun activities. The people are down to earth, and it has a patio for smoking. The mixed crowd doing karaoke is hands down the best, with fun karaoke and drink specials. Amanda is a terrific person and an outstanding bartender who makes guests feel welcome the minute they come through the door. She is attentive, respectful, and all her recommendations are on point. She is fast, great, and respectful, and makes the bar 100 times worth going. Amanda made the BEST burger and was so much fun, easy to talk to, and provided amazing customer service. She brings great vibes and makes the whole day with her sunny attitude and awesome sense of humor. This place was amazing, with great service. Karaoke Wednesdays and Bingo Mondays are highlights, and Amanda is a local favorite bartender in Phoenix. Ask for Amanda to make your drinks!
