Staff is very rude
Quality bagels and friendly people. I drive 40 minutes to get to this location even though there are others. Unfortunately this is the third time I have not gotten what I ordered. Just check your orders and you’ll be fine. Stings when you’re out 50.

We’ve come here for years and it’s started to go downhill. You pay extra for garlic cream cheese and they put literally no cream cheese on it. I guess we won’t be coming here anymore
Gosh I love hot bagels. Of all the potential bagel places you could go to, these bagels are the best. The only better bagels I've had have been homemade sourdough bagels.
I'll typically get a bacon, egg, and cream cheese sandwich, which is phenomenal. If you're looking for a bagel with cream cheese though, just know they load you up with cream cheese. You honestly might need to scrape some off.
Really not a place to sit down though. I mean you can, but it's better as a take out or patio experience.

I love this place! Doesn’t matter what I get it’s always good. I love the egg bagel with double egg and cheese. The hotdog bagel is to die for!

I ordered a single egg and cheese sandwich with no bacon due to religious dietary restrictions, but my order arrived with bacon. This is unacceptable for someone who cannot eat pork. The server, Gezim Pema, made the mistake, and when I called the store to address it, no one answered the phone. Be aware when ordering online—they clearly don’t have the process right, and not answering customer calls is poor customer service.

I’m genuinely confused by any positive reviews and can only assume people lost their tastebuds from Covid otherwise they have been starved and would eat anything. No other explanation.
I’m from NY and NJ and these are Not bagels. These are inedible gross mounds wheat in the shape of a bagel but they’re not bagels.
These egg and cheese bagel was microwaved which made the bagel soggy. These egg bagel had nothing on it like butter and the egg wasn’t seasoned or salted so it was just rubbery with no taste or proper texture and was extremely bland. So much so that I had to put it in the air fryer, add salt and butter to make it edible.
The everything bagel had something wrong with it as it tasted sweet and their everything seasoning wasn’t a good blend and only tasted like garlic. This “bagel” was so bad that I had to throw it away. Do not get the everything bagel. Another item they don’t know how to make.
Don’t recommend anything except the hash browns which were surprisingly delicious.
I’m saddened that people who aren’t from the northeast actually think these bagels are what bagels are supposed to taste like. They’re not. Bagels come from my ancestors and to ruin them like this is an insult.

The amount of cream cheese they put on these bad boys is heavenly.
