I rarely leave reviews, but when a MANAGER can’t do its job right, there’s definitely a problem. Been here many times with no problems, but today was different (West Gate location at 8ish pm). We were told we had to pay for the gratuity fee, for 3 adults and 3 kids (a 2yr, a 1yr, 10 month baby). Okay service , he (Eden or whatever his name) came only to bring out the food , we got the sea food boils first 30 mins after he came back with the rest of the food never checked up on us. No refills ether😢smh
This place was great pre Covid. It was the seafood boil spot to go to in the west valley. Wait times of an hour plus would be worth it. Now it's not so much. The food is meh. My wife and I used to love the shrimp no head hot n juicy style but this latest time was not good at all. We only came back because our usual seafood boil restaurant was a two hour wait. Hot n Juicy could really use a remodel and cleaning at the least. Get some real tables in there and make the place...
