I guess they just hand deliveries to anyone that walks in, willy nilly.
I called to get my stolen order remade, and I received the absolute worse attitude about my request. Not my fault you didn't confirm the driver was supposed to receive my order.

I pulled into the drive-thru with zero cars ahead of me, but they still asked me to pull forward and wait. I ended up sitting in my car for about 15 minutes before finally getting out to check what was going on. My order was already done and just sitting there while the employees stood around talking. Completely avoidable delay and really disappointing service.

Girl at the window was coughing all over her hands then touched my bag and coughed on my drink. Literally disgusting i threw it out and will dispute this purchase. They were all so rude too. Yall are miserable.

Food was cold and not how was ordered, when food was returned they grabbed cold food off the so called warmer and handed it back to me. Not worth the visit to this location.

I experienced very poor service during my visit today at approximately 12:20 PM in the drive-through. The staff member assisting me appeared frustrated as I repeated my order to ensure accuracy. When I arrived at the payment window, she opened it and stated my total but was not prepared to collect payment, leaving me waiting about five minutes while she continued taking orders.
What concerned me most was the lack of sanitary practices. While preparing my drink, she used her bare hand to scoop ice into my cup and held the cup directly with her hands while multitasking with other orders. After waiting about six minutes in total, I was handed my food. When I asked for sauce, I was only provided two ranch cups despite ordering three burger meals.
This experience left me disappointed both in terms of customer service and food safety standards. I hope this matter is addressed promptly to ensure a better experience for future customers.

one of the male workers (older male w/ glasses) was rude. blamed me for not ordering (i was waiting about 5-7 minutes (traffic + was waiting for someone to answer the intercom so i can order but no one ever responded) then was giving me excuses saying he’s the fastest worker to respond (obviously a lie) then kept saying id have to go back around to order & wait in line again because it was my fault for not ordering? yet he was the one who didn’t respond or say anything the time i spent waiting there. waste of time

Hey so I'm a BIG yes to jack in the box but when I came back home and opened my bag, I ordered 6! 6 tacos and only got 4. But I'm not only confused about that, but it's the fact that let them keep the change so you'd think they would have the decency to fix my order but no. Other note. If you wanna work to talk to people at the drive through, PAY ATTENTION AND HAVE A BETTER ATTITUDE AND FIRMER TONE. Because I don't wanna order from a robot. But again I love jack in the box. And it was no real problem so thank you for taking my order ❤️
