This is one of the slowest locations ive been to. I ordered for pickup left 10 after and it still took 10 more minutes till it was done. Ill go to the one on happy valley and lake pleasant next time. This has started being a very common occurrence. Ill switch to happy valley and lake pleasant.
Staff absolutely went above and beyond for me and my food allergies today. I came in feeling defeated that my app wasn’t working and they totally took care of me, showed up with a positive attitude, and made me a bomb sandwich. I’m super grateful and will definitely come back. I got better treatment at this location than I do the one right by my house. There was a young man and when I asked he said his name was Sam and he treated me with respect and kindness and was fast and he made me a delicious sandwich which I will be definitely coming back because his customer service was extraordinary and I got in and out in 10 minutes!!
