Food was ok, it's really a matter of personal tastes. I prefer other franchises for flavor and ingredients. As service goes employees could at least acknowledge a customer waiting at the counter. I felt as if they were avoiding eye contact until they were ready to take my order.
got to the location when it wasn’t very busy, but there still ended up being miscommunication between orders. i was actively asking for more toppings on my sub bowl when the employee boxed it up and sent it down the line. my friend got a sandwich that ended up being mixed up with another customers order, and ended up paying for 2 sandwiches by accident. ordering online is far easier than in person and ensures your sandwich is made the way you want, and you’re paying the right...
Consistency. Always good always quick. My only complaint is no matter what Jersey Mikes I go to or time of day the tables are always dirty.. It would be nice not to have to clean off my table every time I decide to dine in.
