Sorry, but price stays the same and size has definitely shrunk.. the half sub is barely enough for a 9 year old.. This was not the case before…
I’m done, not pay so much for so little..

I’ve been a regular at this Jersey Mike’s for years — my family of five comes 3–5 times a month. That ended today.
I went in and simply asked to buy two loaves of bread. The kid at the counter told me they don’t sell their bread. Which is strange, considering every sandwich comes with… bread.
The manager came over and said the same thing. So I asked, “If I buy a sandwich at full price, can I at least get the bread with nothing on it?” He looked confused for a moment and then said yes — but I would still have to pay full price just to get the bread.
Annoyed but still wanting the bread, I agreed. I ended up paying nearly $37 for two loaves of plain bread.
Then, as I was paying, the young employee set both loaves directly on the counter — no paper underneath, right next to the markers by the register. At that point, I just took my bread and left.
I called another Jersey Mike’s near my house to ask about their bread policy. At first they said no, but then the worker asked someone else, and the answer was:
“Yeah, we can sell it — just charge him the price of a bag of chips since it’s only bread.”
That location used common sense. They were helpful and honest.
I will never go back to the Jersey Mike’s on 59th Ave. I’ll gladly drive a little farther to the other one, where the employees actually think and treat customers with respect.

You have to be kidding me I put my order in tonight 40 minutes before I got to the restaurant. I'm there sitting out in the parking lot noticing there's no one in the restaurant noticing that the two people in there are doing absolutely nothing. After 40 minutes I walk in and they look at the receipt and say oh I guess we'll make it for you now. With attitude I appreciate it. Won't ever come back to this Jersey Mike's location.

We order here every so often and overall it’s been fine. A couple people who work there are genuinely amazing but recently, it’s gone downhill with the quality of food. I had a sub there last night and am now down from food poisoning.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
The manager at this Jersey Mike’s is one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with in any restaurant. Every visit, he acts annoyed that customers are even there — rushing orders and making you feel like you’re an inconvenience. You can also tell he treats the other employees the same way — his whole demeanor is impatient and disrespectful.
On my most recent visit, I was the only customer in the store, and my order wasn’t anything complicated — just “Mike’s Way with pickles and peppers.” Yet he still managed to make my sandwich wrong twice because he wasn’t listening and was clearly rushing. I said it was fine and I’d take it anyway just to avoid more hassle. He then threw the sandwich on the floor in front of me and remade it wrong a third time.
This isn’t a one-off bad day — it’s a pattern. Every time I’ve been to this location, he’s dismissive, disrespectful, and makes the experience miserable. It’s clear he doesn’t care about the customers, the staff, or the Jersey Mike’s brand.
There are plenty of places to get a sub. Do yourself a favor — skip this one. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to stay away.

The older gentleman that works here is the worst on the rare occasions that he comes out of the back to help he has the worst attitude. Today he decided to grace us all with his presence where he proceeded to have to remake my sandwich 3 times because he didn’t listen when I asked for what I wanted. “Turkey & provolone on rosemary with pickles and peppers.” On the 3rd time we gave up because yet again it was wrong. They said they would comp the sandwich due to the inconvenience and turns out they just used our points. Love Jerseys & all the other employees that work here are great but when you get this man you might as well walk out.

Great Philly sub, cooked fresh and put on great bread. Young girl at the counter was absolutely wonderful and she was very busy and still made time to help me. Only complaint would be that the tables are all dirty probably short-handed like everyone else

Ordered 2 subs online for pick up.I should have checked but had a long drive home back to Payson. Was saddened when I open my sub and it has ALOT of mayo, when mayo wasn't even supposed to be on there. Only instruction was no oregano. My husband's sub was the exact same sub but no tomatoe and was perfectly delicious. I don't normally leave reviews but so disappointing to anticipate a Jersey Mike's sub and yet you can't even enjoy it. Not to mention the amount of $ it is to purchase a sub. Should have checked the bag before I left, lesson learned.
