What the heck? This place needs a manager on site at lunchtime. What a total cluster! Standing here watching a bunch of employees run around and accomplish nothing. The mobile order pick up group is all super frustrated. There’s seven of us just standing here watching the ridiculousness. And then there was a shift change so the guy who was making some progress just walked away and handed it off to another guy. Meanwhile, my sandwich is sitting on the counter… That’s right. The counter by the register no paper under it…they are so backed up that they’ve run out of space. So my half made sandwich is just sitting there waiting for somebody to put some toppings on it so I can get out of here. It was supposed to be ready at 11:57am. 30 minutes later and no end time in sight. Either get a manager here who can direct activities or stop accepting mobile orders if you can’t handle the volume.

Your sandwiches are always good there are services always quick and they are personable! Occasionally they forget the red pickle sauce on the side but it's all right I probably didn't need it anyways ?

this location never misses an opportunity to either screw up your online order or accidentally give it away to someone else or incorrectly estimate the time that your order will be read.y. on my most recent visit they made the wrong size sandwich, and when I mentioned it, I got an eye roll and had to get to the back of the line to wait for my corrected sandwich.

Ordered online. Went to pick it up over 10 minutes AFTER expected time... they hadn't even started making it!! They rushed with the order, I don't even know if they cooked it all properly. With all the advertising that Jersey Mike's does, I wish they focused on building quality stores.

I ordered the chipotle chicken Philly and it was literally DROWNED in the chipotle mayo sauce. So much so, that it was all I could taste. There was so much sauce that it was dripping out of the sandwich everywhere. It was so much that I couldn't even eat my sandwich which is horrible because I spent $15 on it through DoorDash plus tipping the driver. It made me so frustrated because I was starving and the "sauce-wich" was disgusting. Definitely will not be eating/ordering from here again!!

Of course Jersey Mike's has some of the most freshly made, delicious, stacked subs out there. But I don't know if they all have the same customer service as this one has. Every time I walk in they are so dang nice. They always have a smile on their face, and are eager to talk to you and server you. When I order ahead they are always right there ready to hand over your food. I love this location! Thank you for always filling my families bellies. Especially on those super busy days when we need something fresh and fast to grab and go!

I have been to 5 Jersey Mikes locations through out the greater Phoenix area. This location is by far the best and my favorite location so far. It is always very clean, well staffed and friendly. The staff always seem to be in good spirits, good morale, and that speaks volumes about management. I feel like my patronage is appreciated at this location, whereas I had not had that feeling from my other experiences. Whatever this team has going on over there, keep it up. This is my GO TO sandwich shop!

My friend and I both got giant subs and a bag of chips. The employees here are either new or not too bright since they had to remake my order because they immediately started putting condiments on it that I didn't want. I had a club supreme which includes roast beef and bacon. I really like how their website has a way to customize your sandwiches while telling you how many calories each ingredient adds to your order. There's a bug with the mustard though. In any case, the meal itself was nothing too special and the roast beef was below average. It pretty much cost each of us $21 (includes tax) for our orders.
