When paying with my debit card, I'd like to just pay. I don't like being asked which suggested amount I'd like to tip, with the only other option is "other amount". Then after selecting other amount I have to enter $0.00 for the tip amount, before I'm allowed to pay the amount that given for my sandwich..... Stop begging for extra money. Ask for the price, let me pay and go.

I go here often in person, and usually get my sandwhich immediately. Unfortunately, all 4 times I’ve ordered online for delivery, I’ve received my food an hour after the estimated time of delivery. You don’t get any updates or anything either. Pretty lame when you’re paying $40 for 2 sandwiches and a drink.

Love the "little john" sandwich! It's just the right size for me!Vegetarian options: Anything you could possibly want!Wheelchair accessibility: Front door is a bit tight for wheelchair but you can get in. Some tables are on a platform so you might have to sit at the end of the table if you can't get out of the chair

Over an hour of waiting for food and still have not gotten food.. I called store and was told they were short drivers.. ordered @6:45pm here it's 7:55pm and still no order... freaky fast delivery I don't think so.. they need to do better...

I love my kids. And clearly they love me. Our daughter stopped by here before heading to Calif. and picked up a #10 Giant Hunter sandwich for me. What a surprise. She ordered online, thru the App and it was ready for her when she stopped by. Nice, as I would say. Her AC in her car was on full, but she put in a cooler just to be safe. And it lasted chilled, for that five and half hour drive on I-10 Fwy. Doubly nice!As for the sandwich (photos), I just ate half and it was fresh and delicious. Boy do I love those Italian spicy cherry peppers. YumToo bad Jimmy John's gave up on this part of the Inland Empire market to the guys from Jersey, or I wouldn't have had this special delivery treat. She's a special kid, too. Four & 1/2 Stars of deliciousness! See photos.

Literally have the most rude staff. I walked in and said hey man hows it going, and he just stared me straight in my face and said nothing. I come here often and this is now the 2nd time in a row with a rude a$$ worker. I am ALWAYS nice and respectful to people and just get bad service from here. Only reason I still come here is because its right next to my house and I love the sandwich's. This time it was Michael. Idk if thats forsure who it is because thats just what the receipt says. But it was the guy with a man bun and glasses. Smh. All bad foreal. Fool hates his job and straight projects it.

Waited 5 minutes u girll showed up from back room. She was sitting and texting. Did not bother to stop and serve is. It was 9.30pm. We got bread from countertop. It was dry and who knows how long was there. Brownie was tasty. Otherwise, 1 star.

Really good sandwiches. Service is as expected, quick! Stores are decorated like all of them with weird signs. But no matter. I've had the Gargantuan sandwich and the Tuna (real Tuna here Subway) and they do. It disappoint. Great food, fast service, and they don't forget items in my order. I love coming here.
The music was loud and some of the music was hard rock which was not enjoyable whatsoever. When we got waited on the cashier talked very quietly that we could hardly hear him.

I was thinking of getting lunch and was tired of burgers, tacos, chicken sandwiches ... etc. Driving past Arrowhead Mall I spotted Jimmy John's on Bell Rd and pulled in. My first time there, I placed my order. Paying with my debit card I inserted it in the card reader and by the time I put it back in my wallet, my order was ready! Order was placed at 12:30 and was ready at 12:30!Yes, they are Crazy Fast! The sub was great too! Bread, lettuce, tomatoes and peppers were fresh and the meats were stacked high. Best sub sandwich I've had in a long time.

I ordered through doordash which I get has a different eta time but this company prides themselves on fast delivery or they won't accept a delivery. It said it would take 30 min tops. I gave them an hour. No sign of them at all. Not to mention they didn't care at all when I called to ask where is my sandwich that said delivered when it wasn't. I would've just gone to the store in that case. I had to go to work night shift and didn't have any lunch for the entire time because you don't want to either get more help or refuse deliveries you can't get out in time. Not impressed.
