My sandwich is so soggy and it tasted like pure onions that they put so much on their you couldn't taste anything else I even asked for light onions I asked for no lettuce they put the lettuce on there and I said no lettuce and they literally wiped it off the sandwich. That is such bad service they should have just made another sandwich. I have no idea why the sandwich was so soggy we ate it there. My mom didn't like her sandwich either it was the same type of sandwich....

I placed an order at 11:27 a.m. for two Picklewiches (the Pickle Ranch), along with cookies, for delivery. I usually do pickup since I live just three minutes away, but with the anniversary of my daughter’s passing, I’ve been feeling depressed and decided to pay the extra charge for delivery instead.

Other than the bread being a little hard, my sandwich was good. However, the lady who took the order was not friendly. No smile, no welcome when I entered the store, and no response when I thanked her. It was almost like I was interrupting her day.
