Kawaii Sushi and Asian Cuisine - Glendale

Food was great, minimal time waiting for food and service was fantastic!

Kawaii has been my favorite sushi spot for over 10 years now. Always know what to expect. Amazing food everytime. Friendly servers everytime.

Their sushi rolls are so small in diameter, about the size of a quarter. Charge more if you have to, but please give us a real roll.. salmon in Vegas roll was also very fishy tasting.

I bought the ten piece sashimi with white tuna, tuna and salmon. It was delicious and salmon was beautifully cut, nicely colored and flavorful.

This was our first time at Kawaii's and we thought it was very good. Fast-ish food in a spotless sit down environment. It was pretty busy on this Friday night at 5:45 but there were a few tables available. Service was excellent and we didn't wait long to order or to eat. We started with the hot and sour soup and wonton soup, both were delishish. The wonton soup was packed to the gill with wontons. Next, we had veggie spring rolls which were also packed with veggie (mostly cabbage) which were also tasty. Finally our shared entree of Katsu Chicken (Katsu sauce came in separate bowl) which was huge. We ate about a 1/4 of it. The chicken was crispy and thinly cut. The sauce could have had a little more flavor but was acceptable. We will likely be back to try other dishes. All in all, Kawaii is one of the better options for Asian food on this side of the valley!

I enjoy the food here.
Its a nice place but today I ordered food to go and when I got home I found a hair in my food. That was very disappointing 😞. Hygiene is extremely important in the restaurant industry. 😕

Cherry blossom and rainbow roll along with miso and egg drop soup with a friend last Friday. Very clean and cute place. All food was very good, nice presentation and the service was great. I'll definitely be back.

The sushi was phenomenal. Definitely top quality fish and ingredients. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place. Can't stop talking about it and looking forward to going back!
