Macayo's has been in the Phoenix Valley for many many years and is owned by a local family. The food they serve is mostly Mexican but they do have American meals for those who prefer hamburgers and sandwiches. They offer many flavors of margaritas and a lot of different alcoholic beverages that you can choose from including many varieties of cold draft beer. This restaurant offers a happy hour every day..

Always good food, friendly service.
Only thing I would suggest, more servers. They always seem short handed, sometimes it's ok, but usually you're going wait longer than expected. Otherwise, all good.

We were excited to try a new Mexican spot, upon arrival we sat waiting for over ten minutes before a server finally came over. A gentleman said to us two times someone would be with us in a minute. The place was dead, like three other tables were seated and it took ten minutes still. When we finally ordered a drink we went ahead and ordered our meal at the same time. While the drinks and food came quickly, we were very disappointed with the food as the taco meat was very bland...
