This was my first experience with Manna BBQ at the Westgate location and this was one of the worst customer service I have ever received. We came in as a party of 8. Our first waitress served us all the wrong rice to start. We never received utensils and we had to find our own. When the items we ordered arrived nothing was what we ordered either. the food here is great i love coming here with my family. i highly recommend it 👌
Unfair to servers! The only issue with this restaurant is that the tips are collected by the host and then split among the servers. We tip based on how well our server attends to us. This allows for servers who do not take care of their customers to get the same amount as someone who takes pride in what they do. from reading other reviews it sounds as if there are some servers lacking in customer service.
