Breakfast sandwich on a roll with two eggs, two slices of thick-cut bacon, American cheese and grilled onions. Served with hashbrowns or homefries.
The Big Papa Burrito
Local tortilla stuffed with three eggs, Schreiner's chorizo, roasted yukon gold potatoes, organic pinto beans, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, enchilada style with our ranchero sauce.
Griddlecakes
Three made from scratch cakes, sweet cream butter and 100% real Vermont maple syrup (2 oz).
The Skinny
Four egg whites scrambled with gruyere cheese, local organic baby spinach, and chicken apple sausage cooked in olive oil and served with simple little salad.
Waffle with Bacon
Made from scratch Belgian style waffle, sweet cream butter, and 100% real Vermont maple syrup (2 oz) with two slices of thick-cut bacon.
The Chop and Chick
Two eggs and a skillet-seared Iowa pork rib chop. Served with toast and choice of potatoes.

We have been in search of a really good breakfast restaurant since we moved here 8 months ago. We have now found it! This place is awesome 👌 From the orange juice to the blueberry pancakes and the breakfast special of the day. This place hit it all the way around. Great service as well. We will definitely be coming here frequently. Our hats are off to you guys!

No complaints here. The food was great, the service was excellent and the price was reasonable especially for the large portions. Gives a small town vibe and definitely feels family owned.

When doing ratings, I compare the restaurant to others in the same category. So a breakfast and lunch only restaurant is not compared to a fancy dinner establishment. So, 5 stars would relate to restaurants of the same caliber.

The breakfast experience at Matt's Big Breakfast in Glendale was excellent. I had the waffle and bacon and my wife had the avocado toast. The food was served in less than 10 minutes and it was delicious.
