I just want to give a shout to the Litchfield McD’s for assisting me with my order. I had ordered breakfast on 8/15/25. I arrived on site but had to leave and was unable to get a refund because i had arrived on site. I had talked to Chelsea the night manager and still forgot to pick it up until this morning, 8/26/25. The morning manager asked me a few questions and then graciously fulfilled my order. I really appreciate the customer service. Thank you.

Was taking off for a road trip Saturday morning, and stopped at McDonald's and tried the steak, egg, and cheese muffin. I have had their old Steak sandwich and have missed it. This sandwich caused over $6. I could have gotten 2 sausage, egg, and cheese muffins and a coffee ☕️ For the same 💰. The sandwich was an absolute waste of time and money. It is not steak. It is a dry, thin hamburger patty. The sausage is much better.

I ordered at the kiosk using a table placard, so I didn't get a receipt. When our food came up they called out the receipt number instead of bringing it to the table, which I didn't realize since the machine didn't print a receipt. I didn't ask for sauce for my kiddo's nuggets since he just does ketchup and they have a built in dispenser by the soda machine. Turns out the dispenser is broken and when I went to the counter to get some ketchup, the employees...
