Something is wrong with the way this location is managed. Wait times upward of 25 minutes in the drive thru on weekday nights are common. Employees will completely ignore customers in the drive thru after taking payment. Food quality is inconsistent in anything other than musubi. Chicken katsu regularly comes out raw. I love Hawaiian bar-b-q but unfortunately cannot recommend this location.

If you're coming to this location, give yourself at least an hour as the service is a bit slower than other locations. Unfortunately in all that time, not one table was cleaned and most needed it when we first arrived. It wasn't a lunch rush or overly busy in comparison to other locations. The terrace tables are dirty with trash on the ground (napkins, etc). The service staff was friendly and accommodating. They have good staff. They simply need to with on cleanliness and efficiency to be to notch.
Went for lunch. I got my food. Had to ask for dressing for my salad. When I did, staff was rude and put out. My friend had to wait an additional 35 minutes to get his food. No apologies at all. Good was good but service and speed/communication sucked.
