Went for lunch. I got my food. Had to ask for dressing for my salad. When I did, staff was rude and put out. My friend had to wait an additional 35 minutes to get his food. No apologies at all. Good was good but service and speed/communication sucked.
SLOW. I enjoy the food and it's consistent but wow is it slow service. Inside slow. Order for pick up slower. Drive through slow. So unfortunate. I honestly go less cause it's so slow

If you're coming to this location, give yourself at least an hour as the service is a bit slower than other locations. Unfortunately in all that time, not one table was cleaned and most needed it when we first arrived. It wasn't a lunch rush or overly busy in comparison to other locations. The terrace tables are dirty with trash on the ground (napkins, etc). The service staff was friendly and accommodating. They have good staff.
