I love Ono Hawaiian BBQ, especially their mac salad, but this visit was unnecessarily frustrating.

My husband’s credit cards would not work in-store, and he was told the only options were to pay cash or order online. When we both separately tried ordering online, it didn’t allow the same customization options that are available in person, nor would it take credit cards. TLDR: The food is isn’t bad, and if you are in the area, try it out. But if you have time, there are better Hawaiian BBQ places a couple miles west.
