If this place was great for you 2-3 years ago, don't bother now. You'll be disappointed for sure.

We went twice during lent. The first time, everything was great and we couldn't wait to go back. The second time, the cashier was a little "off". When she called our number, I got right up and stepped to the counter, maybe 30 seconds. Another customer was was picking up the bags. I told her my number, the one she'd just called, and she looked at me blankly. Then I asked if she had called that number, she mumbled No. We'd been waiting awhile, waited more, the manager/owner had overheard the exchange, came over, said they were working on our order, gave us cups for drinks. I already had a drink. Finally, she said our order was ready (it wasn't busy, and we were sitting right across from the counter pick up area). She said that the other customer had taken our order. She'd gotten about $50 worth of food for about $15. Actually, the cashier had given the other customer our order. I had my receipt with my number on it. I asked for malt vinegar, she said they were out. I said that was ok as long as I had tartar sauce. She'd been putting cups of tartar sauce in bags in prep for orders. Got home (20 minutes drive each way), no tartar sauce! The fish was a little bland, hush puppies were over cooked. I'd think since they screwed up majorly, they'd make sure everything was perfect, at least. We won't be going back

Take out without pre ordering worked very well. They had the fish dish ready in less than 5 mins and this was half an hour before closing time(8pm).The restaurant section is rather bland but adequate, it certainly lacked in atmosphere but was very clean and the staff were efficient and friendly.We ordered cod and chips x3. One piece on its own looked like a child/lunch portion. 3 pieces ( to make a proper F&C meal) was extortionate. But 2 pieces was adequate. A very good and excellent ‘adequate’ but a tad expensive at $15.95 plus tax each …. I know prices have gone up and this is Alaskan cod … but crikey!Quality of fish, frying and chips (fries) was excellent.All in all an excellent filling meal , but not a regular Friday F&C for mePS they close at 8pm most days and only 9pm Friday and Saturday…. Not a place for late meals

Probably the best clam chowder in town! They also had great shrimp and cod. Their patio is dog friendly, and their employees were very sweet and kind to our family.

Went to try this seafood resturant since I'm new to area thought I'd grab something to go . I ordered fried clam basket , asked for crispy fries . What I got was Over Cooked Clams , and under Cooked fries . Clams were so tuff I threw them out and made a sandwich. No way I go back such a Disappointment !
