We pigged! Two margaritas a piece, okra, cups of chowder, one shrimp Louie and one giant Mahi taco. Our friends had beer & margaritas bread bowl of chowder, calamari, ahi. Manbit was good.
After keeping this restaurant on our must-try list for over a year, my husband and I finally stopped in and we only wish we’d come sooner. The food was incredible. We enjoyed the 2-piece cod with coleslaw (substituting clam chowder for fries for little extra cost) alongside the 3-piece broiled cod dinner with pasta salad and mixed vegetables. Everything was cooked to perfection. We're already looking forward to our next visit.
Very laid back counter service with a bar. Staff was very friendly. I had the 2 piece cod, hubby had cod and shrimp combo. Breading was perfect. A light beer batter breading that does not over power the fish. Fish was very fresh. House mad tartar sauce and slaw, both perfect flavor. The clam chowder was a little thicker than I like, but hubby loved it, and I will definitely get it again. Very good, just not my preferred consistency. Definitely recommend.
