Not a good experience. Young person working didnt know anything about the flavors, lack of communication and lowkey had an attitude. No friendliness or customer service really. I was really looking forward to going after finding on TikTok but not sure if id want to return now.
Such a cute little family owned ice cream shop! We stopped in while walking around downtown Glendale on a date. The sitting area is so cute and relaxing. The ice cream was great. The employee was nice. This is a great place to go for a date or bring the family to grab some ice cream. If you're looking so support local businesses, make sure you stop in here.
We have had the chance to enjoy this little family ice shop and every time has been great. The customer service is consistently top notch whether busy night with Glendale Glitters crowds or a slow afternoon. The kids love checking out what flavors they have since they change them out. A very whimsical spot and in the holiday seasons the kids loved the grinch waffle cones. The prices are super reasonable and the ice cream scoops are huge! Sweet family and patient with the kids...
