So tonight me and my husband decided to go to Panda Express. What we ordered was not enough on the plate that we need to eat, first thing we got was bigger plate for two peoples with... White Rice, FireCracker Shrimp which we paid 1.50 add on but got like 4 shrimp all badly... Then we got Black pepper steak which I had to pay extra 1.50 and got more Broccoli then meat no satisfied... After that I had Broccoli and Beef with less Beef and lots of Broccoli very overwhelmed. My Cheese Rangoons was terrible and one didn't have my cheese in the middle... Not right for what I paid for.

Tonight, February 24, I ordered online when I picked up my order. The cashier this night is hispanic. When I told her come to pick up an order, she had an attitude, not as professional as customer services, when she handed me my food. I requested sauce for my food, and she made an annoying faces on my also another customer he asked for something, and she did the same to him. I bought the food. I didn't ask for something free. She acts like she gives me free food. I don't accept this type of employee. If she's not happy, change her job, and we deserve good attention and respect
My only complaint is about en employee named Julissa. First, she told one of the other girls to write on the plates so they could know what people were ordering. The employee Julissa spoke to explained that she had been told other ways to do it and was frustrated by the confusion in directives. The employee was visibly upset and went to the back to cool off from the frustration, meanwhile Julissa was laughing at her and telling others what happened and laughed with them about it. She could be heard talking about other employees as well during my time there. She was also making fun of the ways the people purchasing were saying things and asking for things. You could see her making faces at the people ordering. At one point one lady tried to get the employees attention but no one was listening, when she finally got someone’s attention Julissa laughed at how she got their attention and continued to make faces and laugh at the customer with other employees. I was there for 15 minutes waiting for food and the entire time I was there she had a mean girl attitude with her co-workers and the customers. You could see that she made other employees and customers uncomfortable.

Julissa needs to get fired, all I wanted to asked her was for more teriyaki sauce packets and she ignored me the entire time, not just me, but an few other people there who were waiting for their food and walked away when we talked to her. Fine with everyone else but her, she was very very very rude.

There is no food on the counter around 1030-11am. No warm welcoming either from the cooks on the line and no explanation. And multiple times, I have received no fortune cookies on my visits if I don't donate. Well, I don't don't donate because, as a guest, we do not receive credit under our name but only the company as a whole under their establishment. So don't take it personally after checking out. My convenient visits are running lean here.
