I ordered my food and sat next to the window, i look down and i see a baby roach. I ignore it but then two slightly bigger ones show up. I managed to put a napkin over them to step on them. The staff cleaned it up afterwards. They claim its cuz its cold outside. Still disgusting they need sone sort of pest repellent. Never coming back

Panda is done. It's just so greasy these days. Chow main is just a pile of oil. Orange chicken was soggy. For all their fried foods they need to keep them crispy and add the sauce as soon as you order if dining in, and keep in a compartment container if ordering to go. They also need to eliminate all single use plastics, it's awful how much plastic they use.

We have been going to this Panda since it opened, they always have Great food, and the restaurant is always very clean, that's not the problem my wife just told me that when she didn't donate the extra change to charity, the two women behind the counter started talking smac. My wife looked directly at them letting them know she could here every word they were saying, and they didn't stop. This is uncalled for, there's alot of other restaurants out there to choose from we don't need that. I tried calling the Manager but no one answered. I'll try him again tonight or tomorrow. I think he needs to know.Thank you Scott

This location is great! All of the staff are super friendly. Food was hot and tasted fresh. I love the new Chili Crisp Shrimp! Restaurant is clean and service was also quick too. I will definitely be back!

Honey Walnut Shrimp cold. Ask to have Teryaki Chicken cut up finely to add to the fried rice, still mostly alot of big chunks. Been going here along time, this was the worst experience.
It was our first time at this location. We were ALL impressed. Everything was very fresh! The employees were very attentive and friendly!! We really liked the feel and look of this location. We will return in the future for sure!!

I just left this location and had a wonderful experience, my family meal was a TINY BIT late taking less than five minutes longer than anticipated and the team was so responsive and quick to apologize for the wait, which wasn't even very long, they offered a drink while I was waiting. I find this type of customer service hard to find these days, but will absolutely return to this location based only on customer service. Great job to the team working on 7/30/23 in the evening around 7 PM.
