Best Pho in the Valley! Eat it almost weekly!
This is my favorite pho place and it is all about the flavor or should I say depth of flavor in the broth. Hot and sour ramen soup with chicken, beef, and shrimp and loaded with veggies is actually my favorite but watch out because it is Hot. I also love the short rib pho but ask them to take it off the bone as it is way easier to eat that way. That is an unctious bowl of pho and reminiscent of pot roast. I hardly ever go a week without the hot and sour ramen soup though....read full review
