I had a large order delivered this evening half of my order was missing and what I did get was messed up wrong drink, to many coleslaws, missing sandwiches, missing biscuits zero white meat in the large order of chicken, however I called in and spoke with D he told me to bring in my receipt within 7 days and everything on my receipt will be replaced so after the total mess up on my order he totally made up for not only was he friendly and understood my frustration he went above...

Well, the atmosphere and service iN AZ is way better than NY, state that came from. The chicken tasted fresh not old. I just wish the skin was a little crispier, but the breading was crisp and the inside was supermoist. Staff was out of their way, friendly and helpful as were the other diners ( even though we were getting ours to go)

My family always orders 50-50 chicken througg the drive through. I always have to double check that they give us classic pieces (instead of all spicy) so my 5yo can eat. They make the mistake probably 30% of the time. However, the attendants usually provide me with 1 or 2 classic pieces when I go inside to have them remedy.
