I hate giving low reviews but at this point something's got to change. At no point ever at my history of going to this location do I ever get the sauces, utensils or straws ever. I've received wrong items through app ordering and Uber Eats orders, at least one per order. I'm used to chicken quality being savory and delicious, which is why I didn't complain when they missed everything but at least gave extra chicken. Now I get dry, old chicken, no sauces, no...
The waiters are great! Passionate and fast. The chicken wings taste great, love their mashed potatoes, love the mango juice. The price is reasonable. The environment is clean and tidy.
Horrible experience with both the cashier and on shift manager. They acted like we were putting them out just being there ordering food. They asked multiple times if we would wait 10 minutes for chicken or if we just wanted to go. Just not a great experience overall.
