I ordered a large supreme pizza, requested no green bell pepper and substituted black olives. I didn't double check the pizza before I left and got home and the pizza was prepared normal with green bell peppers. The substitution was requested due to a food allergy. I hope someone reads this review and makes this error right since the pizza went to waste and $27.00 wasted. I called the next morning and politely spoke with the manager on duty. I had explained the situation from the night before and he found my order. It was written down correctly however those specific instructions failed to make it to the kitchen. He apologized and offered to remedy the situation by giving me a full refund or credit for a future order or giving me a replacement order today. I took the 3rd option and picked it up after work. This time around both pizzas were perfect. Both cooked well done and tasted delicious. The crust was not soggy in the center and no issues or concerns. Thank you to the managers making things right and ensuring the pizzas were cooked to near perfection. I will give Ray's another visit in the future.

Ray's Pizza truly delivers an authentic New York pizza experience. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and wonderfully chewy within. Each bite offers a delightful balance of tangy, savory sauce and perfectly melted, gooey mozzarella. It’s the kind of slice that makes you close your eyes and savor every moment. Absolutely a must-try for any pizza lover! Also the wings are very underrated and I believe them to be some of the best around, although there are many other places to try out, these are my favorite by far.

Ray’s Pizza lunch special was a great value—my pepperoni slice was absolutely delicious, and the wings (I got them hot with blue cheese) were super saucy, maybe a bit too much, but still tasty. The atmosphere was pretty bland, but the food made up for it.

Picked up two large cheese pizzas from here. First thing I noticed when I walked in was the stench of sewage/sulphur.
Crust was not crispy, kind of mushy like paper. It was an okay pizza, but would not come here again because of the smell.

World class atmosphere, stunning NYC artwork on wall, and service was topnotch! Sandra served our table with very hungry kids and they tore up their spoons it was soo good. I use to go to this location when I was pregnant with my kids and it's just as spectacular. Highly recommended and good prices!
