Originally my order was wrong so I went back and the ladies that helped me were very kind they remade my order for me. And they even gave me a free drink. That is what I call good customer service! Went home very happy!
Beware if you place a mobile order… it might be 20 minutes longer than expected.
We placed a mobile order at 4:52 PM, arrived for pick up at the mobile order line at 5 PM, mobile order was supposed to be ready at 5:02 PM… they finally brought our order to us at 5:24 PM; and helped 3 cars in the drive-thru while we continued to wait. They did open the mobile window to apologize multiple times and brought us a free lemonade. Just frustrating that they helped 3 cars...

They obviously switched brands of tortillas for their breakfast Burritos, and they are not the same. Not as good as they used to be.
Mine was dry and it felt and tasted like a wheat tortilla, not a traditional mexican tortilla that i've had there in the past.
