Really annoyed that at 8:35 they wont serve you when they close at 9pm. This has happened twice now. And also whatever chicken they are putting in now is absolutely disgusting.

I tried calling this place because I got my order and I drove all the way home. It's only to realize that they were missing the soup and the funny thing is I didn't even really want the soup but the lady was pushing the soup on me to make a combo and I was like you know what I'll go for it so she convinced me to make the sale and then she didn't even give me the sale. So now I'm a little irritated and annoyed because it just sounds like a money grab from salad to go and it doesn't sound like they care at all. They're just pushing out orders and convincing people and then not giving them the stuff that they ordered and then when I go to call them about this issue and let them know right away because I drove miles up the road. Now the phone support does not do anything. It just hangs up on you. It says sorry we can't be reached. We're busy. Bye. It recommends going online to create the contact to the contact us page, but in order to do that you need all this information and the location of which I wanted to report isn't even on the list of locations to report. So the receipt number wouldn't pull up anything. So support and everything is not okay. I don't care if it's $4 or $5. The point is that if I'm paying for a service I expected because in this day in reality you just cost me half the hour I worked for the other day just for that money. That's like almost half an hour of my money for the for the hours the pay I get you know so it is important to me. Especially in this day and age where we have to be considerate. We can't just keep pushing through and moving fast fast fast. I understand it as a fast food place but you need to also be aware and have awareness and don't push orders and up sales if you're not going to give all the product to the customer. Just have awareness and please contact me to refund me because I deserve that.

The salads, when made properly, are good! There is inconsistency with presentation and portions, maybe it’s due to different cooks. But there should be some order in there so that the salads are served the same way, and same size, every time. It’s a hit or miss but generally, it’s good. Would say 2-3 stars but I’m feeling generous due to being a fast-food salad place. The world needs more places like this!

Great place to get cheap healthy food! The salads are fresh and made to order. Wasn't the biggest fan of the turkey sausage in the breakfast burrito but a solid fast food spot for a quick healthy meal.

Im giving a 3 star because the young lady who took our payment and helped with a refund wss absolutely amazing. She was sweet, kind, and fast. I ordered a wrap, and when I opened it, it was not appetizing at all. For $7.75 I expect a fresh food at least. That is what Salad and Go advertise anyways. To the young lady who helped, thank you. ❤️
I asked for a salad and then a spinach salad to but they only gave me the spinach salad with eggs that I did not ask for and didn’t even give my the cobb salad
