Great food and amazing hospitality! The restaurant was very nice and clean. The shawarma and kebabs were delicious, and the service made us feel very welcome. Definitely recommend Sirks Shawarma!

Located in the valley, Sirks is a new Middle Eastern restaurant that has quickly become a favorite. Found by accident, the restaurant is about 6 months old and is spotless, with a very nice decoration and a warm, friendly feel. The service is above and beyond, with staff providing fully detailed explanations of every item without any rushing. The food is consistently 5-star and amazing. The Beef shawarma and Shish Tawook sandwich are delicious, with the Grilled chicken Shish Tawook being especially flavorful. The Steak and beef kebob is tender and perfectly cooked, and the Chicken Cutlet with a side of garlic sauce is also amazing. The chicken shawarma is perfectly seasoned and juicy, while the beef shawarma is tender and delicious. The falafels are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The yogurt dip with cucumber is spectacular, and the traditional salad made with cucumber, tomato, and chickpeas is simple and refreshing. The rice is a home run, and the sauces are rich, with the garlic sauce and falafel sauce being to die for. The flat bread is made by mom, and the babaganoush by dad. Portions are large and the prices are fair. A must for anyone who likes good Middle Eastern food.
