Near close of day.... I was waiting in checkout line....checker refused to wait on me. Told me twice I needed to go to self checkout. I guess these idiots don't realize they're making their job obsolete!
The evening (8:30 pm) people who handle self serve have no personality
And terrible customer service skills. Had problem checking out and they seemed like I was bothering them and never said a word. The people at Fry's are way way more friendly......you should send your young people there for the customer service training
$8/lb for chicken in the middle of a global crisis is price gouging. Shame on you. And the front end manager is very rude. Store #100 Glendale, Arizona.
