i’ve been coming to this starbucks location for nearly 2 years and it’s probably the best location i’ve ever been to. i usually order during early to late mornings, rarely during the afternoon and the staff are very polite and friendly. since i’ve been going for so long most morning staff remember my name and because i almost always order the same thing, they remember my order. they are very helpful and knowledgeable about their menu items...
I’m mainly giving this Starbucks a 3 star because this happens to me multiple times at different locations. The Ice white chocolate mocha is advertise with whip cream, for some reason they never give you some. Although in the Ingredients settings it has it. Another thing is that I’m paying almost $7-9 bucks for a drink that I also added 75 cents worth of Carmel to only get a little drizzled on top. Does Starbucks not pay their employees enough to do a simple job ? Seriously...
