Women’s bathroom was disgusting, broken door slats on one operational toilet and a chemical smell so bad it was toxic, trash overflowing @ 1pm just unacceptable for a restaurant makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like!

I will never order from this place again Bad management I waited one hour for my food to get delivered and it was ice cold and the manager came with two cars possibly trying to start something and he was mad because the food was ice cold and my family and I did not eat it. He came to my house and picked it up and said he’s going to feed it to his dogs and I told him that that’s exactly where it should be fed to not humans. Food is disgusting cold Bad bad management I wish I couldn’t even give it a star I highly recommend not to eat at this bad place

The pasta and meatballs were good. It was a big portion. Nice and thick sauce. I like the atmosphere. The girl that waited on me was working the whole place and made it look easy. This place should appreciate her.
I ordered a cannoli, it was pretty good.

This place used to be our go to place. Not anymore. We walked in today (12-24) at 4:30 and the guy explained to us that they close at 5pm. He all but told us to leave because "It will take 15-20 minutes with all the to-go orders" . We didnt really care how long it would take but got the hint and left.

I've never been there so I can't speak to the atmosphere.
I will say, though, that the service was great. I ordered online, and the link I used did not record my order properly. When my order was delivered I only received half. When I asked for the other half of the order, the delivery driver verified which is when we discovered the error. Rather than arguing he explained his side and then said he'd go get the other half of my order. He returned pretty quickly with the other half and refused me giving him a tip (I did tip in the original order)
I did get upset, he was cool about it.... they made it right. The food was great. All is well that ends well.

I don't know what has happened to this place, but it's gone downhill.
This used to be our GO TO spot for good pizza, good service, and a good time.
This last time may be the last. It was extremely disappointing.
Service was lackluster. The waitress was more worried about catching the baseball game then helping us.
The cook didn't seem like he wanted to be here or working.
The food is nowhere near the caliber it used to be.
Worst of all, somehow they're out of "sub bread", and out of passion bread!? How does that happen? You're a pizza place!
Their bathrooms smell like you've stepped into a sewer! It's disgusting. Parts of the restaurant are falling into clear disrepair. New management needed, or something. Where are you at Streets Corporate? This place needs an overhaul!
Used to be the best. Now it's the worst. I absolutely wasted my money here today and was very unhappy with my experience.

Went on Sept. 29th, 2024 at 645pm. Service was wonderful, waitress was excellent. Pizza dough was soft(done but could have used a little more time), cheese stick over cooked( cheese was fried out), wings were not their normal crispy(seems they were not cooked like the other locations) normally skin has a crisp. Server was wonderful.
