Never eaten in the restaurant but when I go in to pick up my pizza its always very clean and the staff is sooo nice! Very calm and chill environment. Pizza is my families favorite

On June/2 at 8:10 I completed an Uber Eats pickup from Streets of New York Pizza, the one at 6740 W Deer Valley Rd, Glendale, AZ 85308 , and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. When I arrived, the receptionist handed me two drink cups with no cup holder. I politely asked for one, and she replied with attitude, “We don’t have any,” and turned away.
As I feared, one of the drinks spilled in my car while driving, creating a mess and soaking the pizza box. I returned to the restaurant, explained the situation, and asked if they could refill the spilled drink. She did it, but with clear resentment and no apology.
I then asked for a replacement pizza box (since the original was wet), and she snapped, “We charge for those. I can’t just give you one,” and turned away again. This level of customer service—especially toward delivery drivers who are helping their business—is unacceptable.
Restaurants like this should treat drivers with more respect and be better prepared with basic essentials like cup holders. Very disappointing experience.

We had supper at the 67th and Deer Valley location last evening. The lady ordered ziti which was full of sausage. I ordered a calzone with sausage. No sausage in the calzone. I did note on the receipt. The calzone was tasty, but would have been better as ordered. I’d never eaten at Streets of New York and quite hesitant to ever return. Edit: This location was less than half occupied while other restaurants in this center were packed.

The meatball appetizer was delicious. We split a chicken parm & salad. It was good, but way too much sauce on the pasta. I only ate half that I could salvage out of the sauce. Next time I go, I will ask for sause on the side.

Sadly my order today was beyond disappointing. Delivery was 28 minutes late and cold. I specifically asked for it to be left at the door and not ring the bell, but the bell was rung. The pizza was dry. The topping were lacking at best. The meatballs, super small and bland. Did not get my side of chipotle ranch for the third time. Soup was good. Cheese bread was decent. For $50 (including pizza, soup, appetizer, service fee, tip, and delivery) I'm honestly happy to be disappointed as I do not need to go back.

Pizza is pretty good and we order from there often. However, delivery rarely delivers what you ordered. The vast majority of the time, when you order an appetizer, you will not get the marinara that it's supposed to come with. Also, if you order extra ranch, you will not get it. We got the cheezy bread and whoever packed it, put the cheese side down on the foil with another piece on top instead of putting the two cheesy parts together, which resulted in one half of the cheese completely stuck to the foil. Sometimes I think they do it on purpose because I don't leave a tip on my card. I wait and give the driver cash, but maybe they think I'm not tipping at all.

Got a pizza and some wings to go, had to sit at restaurant and wait for the food to be done when I arrived to pick it up and when eating it at home, wings were undercooked and cold, pizza was alright, that’s why I gave 2 stars but the wings were absolutely terrible.
Cooks are lazy. If you order a salad, plan on getting a salad with more than one leaf that is the size of your face. Threw a quarter of my salad away before I thought to take a pic. Gull sized fork for reference. Absolutely garbage.
