It's 730 I came in for a sandwich the boy with hair all over his face is serving no gloves no net nothing hair is just hanging there over my sandwich and is rude not very happy and supposedly they had no certain breads no more cookies and I guess because I didn't leave a tip they said the lobby was closing . The store closes at 9 pm. The place is not clean at all but I guess that's why we should go by the review. I don't recommend. He barely put any tuna. And yet folks that came after get to sit in there.

The guy was being so difficult.His coworker told him to help me multiple times and he sighed and walked over slowly. It seemed like they didn’t want to help me at all. He just assumed what I wanted on my sandwich. He seemed very annoyed he ignored me at times. He was making my sandwiches so slow another worker had to come help me. There was a bunch of people behind me and most of them got their sandwiches toasted before me. He wrapped up my sandwich before I could even tell him I wasn’t done. And I had to repeat myself multiple times saying I wasn’t done with that sandwich. He put the smallest amounts of sauce on my sandwich. When it came time to pay he wrapped my coins in the dollar bills and the coins all fell and he expected me to pick them up.They were also assuming my gender. Calling me a she.

Do NOT order online from here. Make sure you go so you know what's on your sandwich and how much. Not even a full scoop of tuna didn't even cover the bread. The other sandwich only 1 slice of bacon on the sandwich. Charged extra but screwed me there too. Make a sandwich at home probably taste better.

This place always disappoints. A few months ago I went in and was told the sourdough bread is the same as white bread, the lady that wasn't helping me was fingering through the meat and then put her hands right into the veggies without changing gloves (there is a thing called cross contamination) so today I go in there's a dude passed out in the earring area (granted it's hot) I order a veggie sub and wanted sweet onion, the lady puts sweet teriyaki on it I say I don't want that I want sweet onion she goes on to tell me it's the same thing as sweet onion just renamed! The sauce is brown sweet onion is clear! Please teach your employees differences in bread, sauce, not touching things and contaminating them oh and working on customer service would be great as well

Went in this afternoon and the line was out the door. The three associates in there were absolutely amazing! They got through the whole line without a pause and were still friendly. A++ Give them a raise.
